Work on Brock dump site moves into second phase

Remediation work at the Brock dump is continuing to move along, as officials are now working on the second of four phases. Mayor Terry Clayton says once the energy from waste incinerator in Courtice is operating, the site will no longer be used for garbage. Clayton adds the remediation effort was expected to be complete by the end of 2012, but that date has been pushed back.
