Construction value for building permits in Oshawa down in September

139 building permits were handed out by the City of Oshawa in the month of September, totalling almost $19.5 million. $15.9 million was for residential developers, while industrial and commercial development made up the remaining $3.6 million. The totals are down from 2010, when the city handed out over $27 million in permits.
