Town of Whitby to Sell Parcel of Land

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Whitby intends to pass a by-law in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, Chapter 25, to sell a portion of the road allowance between Lots 30 and 31, Concession 3 (Country Lane) at Holman Court.

The property has been declared surplus to the needs of the Town. It is Council’s intention to offer for sale and sell the property to the abutting landowner for its appraised market value.
