Oshawa motoring ahead according to Mayor

According to Oshawa Mayor John Henry, this is a perfect time to be living, working or operating a business in the city. Henry says over the past 6 months, Oshawa has seen a flood of good news, from a new pro basketball team to expansion at UOIT and a new vehicle coming to the GM plant. Henry says those developments include the opening of the brand new soccer centre at the Civic Sports Complex. He also says close to 13,000 jobs are expected to be created once the province starts construction of the 407.
