Michael Dominguez is an award-winning sales representative at RE/MAX Jazz Inc. Brokerage and the founder of Doors to Wealth Real Estate Group, a team of realtors focused on educating and assisting people in residential real estate. After becoming a realtor in 2008, Michael realized the opportunities in real estate investing and bought his first investment property, proceeding to add to his portfolio for 10 consecutive years. Throughout his realtor career, he has completed over 300 investment property transactions.

When he entered real estate in 2008, Michael was drawn towards people who saw real estate ownership as a vehicle for building wealth and reaching their goals. Many of his current and former clients were able to quit their full-time job, do more of what they want to do, and seek their passions. As an investor realtor, Michael discovered a real passion for helping others build their wealth so they can experience the choices and financial freedom they desire.

Michael has been named Investor Realtor of the Year by the Real Estate Investment Network (REIN) twice, as well as Canadian Real Estate Magazine Investor Realtor of the Year. He was also awarded a RE/MAX Jazz Mentorship Award. René Masse could have been a French teacher, but he quit after 3 months to become an entrepreneur.  From many failed attempts, he flourished as a contractor investing in properties. Rene and his team have been involved with legalizing duplexes since the city implemented the secondary suite by-laws in 2019.  Rene is a realtor, coach, and investor who specializes in working with joint venture partnership to offer hands off investment opportunities.

Tom Sullivan, while working as a Chartered Professional Accountant for one of the largest telecommunications information technology and consumer electronics company Tom amassed a portfolio with sufficient cash flow to leave his 9 to 5 job.  He is also a multiple award real estate investor recipient, guest speaker and mentor.  Tom now focuses on his passion for real estate investing including property, management and renovations.   He specializes purchasing properties through joint venture partnerships utilizing the buy, renovate, refinance and rent strategy concentrating on adding a secondary unit to single family homes.
