Location: Abilities Centre Theatre – 55 Gordon St, Whitby, ON L1N 0J2
Cost:$100 per person at the door for non-members or choose a membership option.
Location Context: Our new meeting location is at the Second Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front besk of the Abilities Centre they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Michael Dominguez is an award-winning sales representative at RE/MAX Jazz Inc. Brokerage and the founder of Doors to Wealth Real Estate Group, a team of realtors focused on educating and assisting people in residential real estate. After becoming a realtor in 2008, Michael realized the opportunities in real estate investing and bought his first investment property, proceeding to add to his portfolio for 10 consecutive years. Andrew Brennan is a multiple award-winning investor, skilled renovator and real estate investment educator. He has offered his experience to others through seminars, coaching, television, radio, public appearances and real estate magazines. Andrew owns a portfolio in excess of $160M in the Barrie and Kingston areas in Ontario. He specializes in working with joint venture partners to offer hands off investment opportunities and is the co-author of “The Ultimate Wealth Strategy.
Andrew has specialized in VTB’s, the fix and refi strategy, and working with joint venture partners to build it. $15 million via VTB purchases. He has done over 30 VTB purchases. And raised an additional $2 million in VTB funds.
Karen Jackson a Corporate Paralegal that has worked for law firms, sole practitioners and my own personal clients for over 25 years.I am also a real estate investor, who has used the BRRR strategy and flipping.
Adele Iozzo is a seasoned mortgage industry professional with over 20 years experience. Adele specializes in Alternative Lending Solutions for CMLS Financial. Adele is inspired to educate mortgage professionals believing that knowledge is the greatest edge you can have in this industry to stay competitive and relevant. In her spare time Adele is busy raising 3 sons and enjoys travelling to Europe with her husband whenever she can, she loves the history, culture and food Europe has to offer.
