Location Context: Our new meeting location is at the Second Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front besk of the Abilities Centre they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

* Keynote Speaker – Spencer Giles & Ashley Antidormi – Short Term Rentals in 2025: Pros, Cons & Points Strategies – We’re going to focus on the changes to STR in the last year, current pros and cons, going to do a few personal case studies and open up our books to show how our homes have continued to be profitable and why, and then finish off with current points strategies.
* Keynote Speaker – Quentin D’Souza – Income-Based Strategy For Real Estate Investors – One of the challenges that real estate investors have is that “you can’t eat equity”. Over the last two years, I have been using my equity to generate double-digit returns outside of my real estate investments. You are going to be introduced to an income-generating flywheel to create a new stream of income, and what I have learned over the last two years of implementation.

Quentin D’Souza is a multiple award winning Real Estate Investor, and a trusted authority on real estate investing. He is an Ontario Certified Teacher and holds two university degrees, which includes a Master’s in Education. Quentin has appeared on local and national television and radio, interviewed in national publications, and has been a keynote speaker to large audiences or real estate investors.
