Location: Abilities Centre Theatre – 55 Gordon St, Whitby, ON L1N 0J2
Cost: $ 100 per person at the door for non-members, or choose a membership option.
Location Context: Our new meeting location is the Second-Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front desk of the Abilities Centre, they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up, and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.
Before the meeting:
1. Bring business cards and prepare for networking at the end of the meeting.
2. Property deal sheet for 2 minutes for members with a gift to members.

Suzanne Diamond – Having worked in Bay Street firms for years, taking the next step to obtain her Paralegal License was only natural for Suzanne. She completed her Certificate at Durham College and was licensed in 2012. While also using her past legal experience, her BA in Law, her Law Clerk Diploma and her Certificate in Dispute Resolution, Suzanne is ready to help you with any legal battle you may have.
Letitia Montana is former Torontonian and former Durham REI member who has been making Playa del Carmen, Mexico home for almost 5 years.
With a background in financial services and experience in residential real estate investing in Canada, Letitia now leads Freedom Playa Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm helping fellow Canadians and world citizens acquire beautiful second homes and investment properties in Mexico’s Riviera Maya region, including the cities of Playa del Carmen, Tulum, Puerto Morelos and beyond. Letitia is proud to work in partnership with Menesse Condos, one of the top developers in this area.
In her spare time, Letitia enjoys being a member of Toastmasters, a public speaking and leadership development organization with a presence in 143 countries. She was a founding member and is the Immediate Past President of Inspiring Speakers PDC, the first English-speaking Toastmasters club in the Riviera Maya.
Letitia also enjoys running and aspires to also continue climbing mountains, another passion of hers.

Quentin D’Souza is a multiple award winning Real Estate Investor, and a trusted authority on real estate investing. He is an Ontario Certified Teacher and holds two university degrees, which includes a Master’s in Education. Quentin has appeared on local and national television and radio, interviewed in national publications, and has been a keynote speaker to large audiences or real estate investors.
Quentin is a proud member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and been accepted in to Tiger 21. His company, Appleridge Homes, uses the Buy, Fix, Refinance, and Rent strategy on long term rental properties in Ontario, Canada, as well as with joint venture partnerships to create win/win relationships. Quentin owns a real estate portfolio in excess of $125 million dollars of assets under management across Canada and the US and transacted on 80+ properties since 2004.
