Stefanie Beharry, CPA, CMA, is the Founder of REI Finance, a strategic CFO firm supporting 7-figure field service businesses — primarily trades and property service companies — that run on crews, jobs, and tight operational timelines.
With more than a decade in corporate finance, she brings enterprise-level financial discipline to growing companies navigating hiring decisions, rising payroll, and uneven cash timing.
Stefanie works with founders and leadership teams to prevent the six-figure cash strain that often appears during growth. By aligning hiring, payroll, and incoming cash inside forward-looking financial models, she helps businesses scale without relying on reactive decisions or unnecessary debt.
Her mission is simple: help business owners build profitable companies that grow sustainably without constant financial pressure.
