Location Context: Our new meeting location is at the Second Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre.  If you go to the front besk of the Abilities Centre they will walk you there.  Or simply follow the ramp up and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Matt and Laura Hawkins are serial entrepreneurs who started investing in real estate in 2004 at the age of 19. They own a thriving construction company in Stouffville called Hawkins Contracting. They love digging into the numbers, are skilled in managing large renovations. Recently, they have settled into a pattern of purchasing tired bungalows for duplex/triplex conversions, sometimes with garage conversions to garden suites and larger student rentals. Matt and Laura self-manage almost all of their properties and love to connect with other investors and talk all things real estate.
