Location Context: Our new meeting location is the Second-Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front desk of the Abilities Centre, they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up, and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Daniel Hogenbirk has been a full-time real estate investor since 2021. Focusing on adding value through construction, he has grown his portfolio to 25 million dollars in five and a half years. His investing business is a one-stop shop for anyone looking to add value to their properties through development or construction, either for a customer or a joint venture partner. Primarily focusing on the new frontier of missing middle housing, he has built his team at North Lakes to be able to take on any project that comes their way, be it a basement apartment or apartment building. When Daniel is not working he enjoys spending his time outdoors and currently has a goal to photograph all the big cats in the wild.
