Speaker Showcase:

Glen Young began his career in engineering and IT, dedicating 15 years to the tech industry before moving into farming fulltime. His journey into property investment started modestly with a duplex in 2007, gradually expanding to include a mix of residential and commercial property before rapidly expanding into student rental joint ventures. In 2016, driven by a desire to connect more deeply with the land, he pivoted to agricultural real estate, purchasing a 105-acre farm in Northumberland. This farm has since evolved into Cold Springs Organics, where he grows over 50 types of organic vegetables. Balancing farm management with raising three young children and overseeing other investments, he has learned to streamline operations to maintain efficiency and sustainability.
