Durham REI January 8th Meeting

Our meeting will start at 7:00 pm and doors will open at 6:45 pm and end by 10pm.

Location: Abilities Centre Theatre – 55 Gordon St, Whitby, ON L1N 0J2

Cost:$100 per person at the door for non-members or choose a membership option.

Location Context: Our new meeting location is at the Second Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre.  If you go to the front besk of the Abilities Centre they will walk you there.  Or simply follow the ramp up and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Before the meeting:
1. Bring business cards and prepare for networking at the end of the meeting.

2. Property deal sheet for 2min for members with a gift to members.

Josh Wilkinson and Kyle Grondin have been in business over 10 years now, with over 30 million YouTube views and 10 million podcast listens. They focus on helping people reach their goals while having a social life and enjoying the process.

 

 

Quentin D’Souza is a multiple award winning Real Estate Investor, and a trusted authority on investing in the Durham Region.  He is an Ontario Certified Teacher and holds two university degrees, which includes a Master’s in Education.  Quentin has appeared on local and national television and radio, interviewed in national publications, and has been a keynote speaker to large audiences or real estate investors.

Quentin owns a real estate portfolio in excess of $125 million dollars of assets under ownership  across Canada and the US and transacted on 80+ properties since 2004.

Quentin is a proud member of the Society (SocietyToronto.com) and been accepted in to Tiger 21.  His company, Appleridge Homes, uses the Buy, Fix, Refinance, and Rent strategy on long term rental properties in Ontario, Canada, as well as with joint venture partnerships to create win/win relationships.  He also invests in rental properties in the USA.
