Location Context: Our new meeting location is at the Second Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front besk of the Abilities Centre they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Despite holding only a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and no formal degrees in economics or finance, Alvin is proof that success in real estate is attainable for anyone willing to learn,
surround themselves with inspiring individuals, and embrace financial education. His commitment to self-care allows him to better serve his family, friends, and community.
Looking forward, Alvin plans to expand his real estate portfolio by acquiring commercial properties across Canada and investing internationally. His personal ambitions include taking his family and friends on a luxury yacht buffet and completing a marathon, reflecting his drive for both personal and professional growth.
