Location Context: Our new meeting location is the Second-Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front desk of the Abilities Centre, they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up, and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Chuck is known as an engaging speaker. He has been a featured presenter and facilitator at conferences and workshops for a variety of organizations, including BDO Canada, WFG/Aegon,

As a skilled facilitator Chuck’s been invited to address many audiences each year in the areas of

Habits, and Strategic Goal Setting as well as Investment Real Estate. He brings a human value to
his role as a Principal and Chief Performance Officer of Excel Group , a Canadian-based Performance
and Learning company.

Those who know Chuck well, are aware of his passion for strategic real estate investing. From flips,
to private lending, asset operations and multi-family ownership, he continues to accumulate and share
experiences with other investors.Chuck holds a degree in Political Science and is a Certified Professional Behavioural Analyst (CPBA).

Excel Group, has been serving organizations in Canada, the US and Europe for over 25 years,
helping to enhance organizational performance through the leveraging of Human Capital strategies.
Chuck is a former Board of Directors for Eva’s Place, a homeless youth shelter in Toronto. When not
serving clients, he also enjoys time with family, workouts at the gym, travel, research, church
activities and attending conferences/events with other real estate investors.
