Jeremy will discuss these topics based on his experiences installing a ground-source heat pump (“geothermal”) system and implementing energy efficiency improvements and accessing rebate programs when he lived in Scarborough and most recently his net-zero ready build in Lindsay which is a fully electrified 3-unit investment property that eliminated Enbridge and fossil fuels to align his investment with his personal values.

* Keynote Speaker – Mike Bouma  – How to Leverage Travel Points – Get ready for a crash course on travel hacking. You’ll learn the basics of how to earn a large number of points, the “do’s and don’ts” of credit card churning, how to redeem points for the greatest value, what credit cards offer the greatest opportunities currently and general tips and tricks that I use to travel all over the world for a fraction of retail.  Whether your goal is a business class flight to Europe, a family trip to Disneyworld, or an all inclusive in Mexico credit card points can help reduce the out of pocket cost.
