Location Context: Our new meeting location is the Second-Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front desk of the Abilities Centre, they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up, and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Lazarus is a Registered Professional Accountant (RPA) and head of the Gold & Silver division at CIS Financial Group. He previously worked as an equities and derivatives trader at one of Canada’s largest banks, as well as a financial planner, giving him firsthand experience in capital markets, portfolio construction, and risk management.

He specializes in structuring physical precious metals holdings inside registered accounts including RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, RRIFs, and LIRAs in full compliance with CRA regulations. Lazarus works closely with approved third-party custodians to ensure clients hold fully allocated, segregated bullion within tax-advantaged structures.

My name is Josh Kiatipis – I’m a real estate investor, firefighter, and proud husband and dad of two, based just north of Port Perry. I started my painting business in 2009 and bought my first home in Oshawa at 23, which we later renovated, refinanced, and unknowingly used as our first BRRRR to acquire a second property. Over time, we expanded into rental properties, including a duplex in St. John’s, Newfoundland and a duplex conversion in Trenton.
