Our meeting will start at 7:00 pm and doors will open at 6:45 pm and end by 10pm.

Location: Abilities Centre Theatre – 55 Gordon St, Whitby, ON L1N 0J2

Cost: $ 100 per person at the door for non-members, or choose a membership option.

Location Context: Our new meeting location is the Second-Floor Theatre Room overlooking the track at the Abilities Centre. If you go to the front desk of the Abilities Centre, they will walk you there. Or simply follow the ramp up, and you will walk past the Theatre. The parking lot is located on the West Side of the building along Gordon Street.

Before the meeting:
1. Bring business cards and prepare for networking at the end of the meeting.

2. Property deal sheet for 2 minutes for members with a gift to members.

Speaker Showcase:

Lazarus is a Registered Professional Accountant (RPA) and head of the Gold & Silver division at CIS Financial Group. He previously worked as an equities and derivatives trader at one of Canada’s largest banks, as well as a financial planner, giving him firsthand experience in capital markets, portfolio construction, and risk management.

He specializes in structuring physical precious metals holdings inside registered accounts including RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs, RRIFs, and LIRAs in full compliance with CRA regulations. Lazarus works closely with approved third-party custodians to ensure clients hold fully allocated, segregated bullion within tax-advantaged structures.

Combining his background in trading, taxation, and financial advisory, he helps investors integrate hard assets into their portfolios and protect long-term purchasing power in an evolving monetary landscape.
